These workouts are combined with heavy resistance training, interval weight training and muscular endurance to build your body STRONG for whatever life throws at you. The ying & yang! Lower body conditioning workout that has a strength, power and endurance focus designed to strengthen and tone all of the lower body. Joined BeMore Fitness as part of the 8 week challenge as I was looking to change things up regarding my training.
The whole experience right from the start has been fantastic. The support from the team to lay out initial training plans, discussions with nutritionist to lay out meal plans and discuss issues or concerns was second to none. The wealth of information and knowledge particularly regarding the nutrition helped me massively and over the course of 8 weeks completely changed my mindset in regards to nutrition and food.
The challenge was exactly what I was after, and created fresh motivation to keep pushing myself, from which I achieved the results I was after.
The team at Bemore put in a huge effort to make sure everyone feels welcome and stays on track. The trainings are enjoyable and intense with plenty of support provided by the trainers to help you keep improving or work around injuries so you can still get your heart rate up and the calories burning.
I've signed on with Bemore after the training and continue to love being a part of this community.

I love coming to the gym, it’s a good atmosphere Bemore create friendships as well as give you great results. Plus the trainer are very supportive and have also help support my with my dodgy knees and give me exercise that have helped strength them. I recently completed an 8 week challenge and was able to create more healthily life style and helped push me out of my comfort zone. I have been able to maintain the healthy eating plan even outside of the challenge by continuing to use the healthy recipes. I could not recommend them enough.

I have completed the 8 weeks challenge at BeMore and the best way to summarise it is : life changing !
I tried many other challenge before but I kept falling off the wagon because something was clearly missing. When I started going to BeMore, I finally found a place that suits everything I was looking for! Amazing coaches, amazing workout and mostly, never have I ever felt judge by others. At BeMore, you leave your ego at the door. Everyone is here for the same reason, everyone has different levels of fitness but there is a great sense of progressing all together ! It’s such a friendly and fun atmosphere that you will never find yourself not wanting to go in for a workout ! 🙂
So if you’re looking for the best gym around, do not waste anymore time because you just found it 😁🙌🏼

Joined Bemore 5 months ago and just completed my first 8 week challenge. Had great results, nutrition plan was the best I have ever seen, the booklet to keep you accountable was amazing, showed a trainer from another gym and she was blown away from what she seen and the price we paid for the challenge. Love the gym and the mindset behind the gym, Ben and Jake have created a great space for anyone anywhere in their journey. Love the trainers. Everyone has good fun, good banter whilst training hard. I've just completed the Bemore 8 week challenge with very positive results and taken away some lifelong lessons and daily changes amazing team who are very supportive and knowledgeable in the 8 weeks I was able to drop 8.2kg which also included good drop in body fat and gain muscle and my nutritional education was also a major contributing factor, thanks to the team and I look forward to continuing my daily workouts for years to come. Win the morning win the day!
